ECCF Explorers - Now in its second year!

For students going into first, second or third grades

ECCF Explorers open to all violin, viola, cello players ages 6 – 9 (students must have completed a full year of Kindergarten in order to attend). This program is a non-audition based, exploratory program for young string players. Come and explore the magic of string chamber music! No previous ensemble experience or audition necessary. Students must have been playing their instruments for at least one year, and completed a piece from the suggested repertoire list provided with the application. Students will be placed into ensembles by their various level of repertoire completion. Students learn how to work together in an ensemble and also participate in other daily ECCF activities such as note reading, Klezmer, Jazz, Yoga and performance workshops.
